- I retain full ownership of all artwork I create. The use of my work in any AI, NFTs or similar technology is strictly prohibited.- Commissions are strictly for personal use. You may use the artwork for profile pictures, banners, or similar non-commercial purposes, but it cannot be used for profit. For commercial use, please contact me via email to arrange licensing, as additional fees will apply.-Unless otherwise requested, I reserve the right to share commissioned work on my social media and include it in my portfolio.-Fanart commissions featuring characters from any game, series, or similar media may also be used by me use and monetize my work in any manner I choose.-The listed prices are the base rates. Please note that the final price may increase based on additional details and the complexity of the commission.-I reserve the right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the subject matter falls outside of what I am comfortable working on.Payment Process:
-For orders under 50 USD, I require full payment after consulting and sketching out the main concept of the cilent's commission.-For orders above 50 USS, at least 50% of the payment upfront and the remaining % upon completion of the commission. The final product will only be delivered through email with a google drive link after full payment has been received.-All payments are processed through PayPal at the following address: [email protected].-Please note that all payments are final, and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. UNLESS I am unable to complete your commission-For larger commissions, payment plans can be arranged—feel free to reach out if needed.Commission Procedure:
- I will start working after the initial payment, and will update you every time I finish something (sketch, flat colors and detailing)- Please email or message me references and details of your character. Customers are welcome to provide ideas or suggestions on how they envision their artwork.- Major revisions are only allowed during the sketch phase. After that, larger changes may incur additional fees or require a new commission. I'm happy to accommodate minor adjustments within reason.-Please be patient while I work on your commission. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. While I do work quite fast (most should take up to a week), I ask for up to two months to complete your commission, in case of any unexpected circumstances.Can't draw
